Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our organization. Please read the following terms carefully before booking your cruise.

Cancellation of Registration Fee:

• 50% of deposit is refunded if cancelled 150 days or more prior to the cruise sailing date.

• 25% refund if cancelled between 45 and 89 days prior to the cruise sailing date.

• No registration fee refund if canceled within 44 days of the cruise sailing date.

Cancellation of Cruise Fee:

• Cruise fees are separate and governed by their own cancellation policy. For detailed information, kindly contact our Cruise Representative, Leilani Wagner.

Note: The cancellation policies for the Registration Fee and Cruise Fee are distinct and may vary. To cancel your Cruise Fee, please contact our Cruise Representative, Leilani at leilani.wagner@offtoneverland.com.
